We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HydraBaths, our customers, or others. In the case of bad checks, unauthorized credit card use, etc, the information will be provided to law enforcement agencies and others as appropriate.

Maintaining Your Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties
Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We do not sell, rent, or share your address, email address, fax, or phone with third-party companies for commercial purposes.
