ORDERING
To insure proper shipment please use current part number and descriptions when ordering. All telephone, fax or email orders MUST be followed with a written confirming purchase order.

MINIMUM ORDER
$75.00 per shipment

TERMS
All sales are C.O.D. until credit is established. Standard credit payment terms are NET 30 days. Accounts beyond 30 days are subject to a service charge of 1.5% and possible delays in shipment due to a credit hold. No shipments will be made while an account is over the credit limit or aged beyond terms unless other arrangements are made.

SHIPMENTS
All shipments are F.O.B. Santa Ana. All orders over $12,000.00 net, shipped at one time to one location within the continental limits of the United States, will be shipped freight prepaid.

CLAIMS
The purchaser must make all claims directly to the freight carrier for lost or damaged freight within the carrier’s time limit. Claims for shortages must be made by the purchaser to the company within 10 working days of the shipment receipt.

RETURNS
All returned goods must be accompanied by an (RGA) Returned Goods Authorization number issued prior to returning the material. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Freight must be prepaid. Products returned may be subject to a minimum restocking charge of 15% of the invoiced value of the product. No authorized returns will be issued for any of the following reasons:

• Product has been in your inventory for over 60 days
• Product was ordered in custom metal finish or colors (as defined in our catalog)
• Custom made parts, private labeled parts, or proprietary parts

PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Written quotations automatically expire 30 days from the date issued and are subject to termination by notice within that period.

DELAYS
Seller will not be liable for any delay in performance of orders or contracts or in delivery of goods for any causes beyond it control.
